FAQ
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans have no minimum term and no setup fee. You can cancel whenever you want.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can move up to a higher plan at any time. Moving down to a lower plan is not possible.
You didn’t build my website. Can you maintain it?
Yes. We review it first and send you a quote for updates, since every external website is different.
What if I use up my support hours?
Hours do not roll over to the next month. If you need more, each extra hour costs 199 € + VAT.
